I have a customer that has a ComDial DX-80. I am trying to change the name on the display. I have downloaded the manual from your net, but I do not have the password or feature code for changing the name. Help

Which manual is it that you got? That information should be in the installer manual.

I have the DX-80 Installation & Maintenance. 3-144 shows Hold Exclusive. Maybe I need to download another manual!!!!

Yea it's all over the DX-80 Installation and Maintenance manual. Keep in mind that could be changed from default also.

I may have found it. I downloaded a different I & M manual and I will try this tomorrow. Thanks
