Impact system message waiting light - 08/15/07 01:01 PM
Hi All!
It's been some time since I worked on a comdial system. I picked up a job to make some changes on an Impact system. I still have the install/program manuals so I was able to muddle through. However, I did come across one problem...At the receptionists phone (ext 10). the DSS/BLF for ext 22 was flashing, at ext 22 the hold button (Message) light was flashing. I went off hook and pressed the hold button, which dialed ext 10. How do I stop the message waiting light from flashing at these two phones???
