Will the Edge 100 phone work on a DSUII? I have a system I need to add some new phones to, and rather than buy refurb, they would like new. I do have the Impact SW, think it is Rev 7 something. I think that I am correct in assuming that the 8212S (SCS) phones will not work due to the large display. Am I correct on that also?

The Edge 100 will not. The EP100 will work if the DSUII has Impact software. The large screen sets are not supported on the DSU lines.

Correction..the Edge 100 is another name for the EP100. I boneheaded out and was thinking of the Edge 120 sets for the DX120.

I thought that the EP100's would work, but ordered some refurb 8012S's from XXX, so we will be good to go. Had the customer, moved out, took phones along to use on Main Office DXP, left Vm and DSU. County agency now in building, but needed phones. County is all Comdial too, except the 911 center with 2 DXP+'s and a couple EXEC I's. Thanks anyway.
