Any recommendations out there these days for an ACD and IVR set up to integrate with the FXII? I know its old technology but what is everyone using today. Is the Quick Q still around and still a good fit for this app.

Quick Q is indeed still around, but you have to find a PC that will run Windows 2000 and has a parallel port. But, yes, you can still buy the software from Vertical.

Does the Quick Q, have IVR capabilities or is that a separate app and system?
