One of our DX120 customers is 'downgrading' from PRI to fractional T1 with DID. Is the PRI card for the 120 capable of running as T1 only?

I seem to remember it's the same card with different firmware (or addition of firmware for the PRI) and a jumper in a different position. They are different part numbers, I think.

Question? Why would anybody do this change? Is it cheaper in your area? You'll lose CID name info.

Wrong information provided by my customer. All they were doing was going from full 23+D to fractional PRI. All I had to do was remove channels 17-23 from the trunk group.
