We hit our night mode button at 5pm every weekday, but the actual VM that was recorded for night mode doesn't actually come on until 6 pm. The VM for all lines being busy is the one that is on night mode from 5pm to 6pm. Can anyone tell me how to get the phone system night mode button to initiate the night mode VM immediately upon hitting the button? Thanks in advance.
Adjust the clock setting in the voicemail.
