When my boss is on the phone and gets another call, the incoming call interrupts the call that he is on. How do I change it so these calls go directly to voicemail?

Need more info. What model phone system and telephone?

Sorry, it's a DX-120 and the phones are Edge 120's.

Is he on speaker and is his phone programmed to ring?
