So I think I have this beast nearly gelded. It still has some fight in it. I have the schedule set in the Keyvoice yet it will not switch between modes for day and night. It shows "day" 24 hours a day except for lunch, that works. So my day/night schedule does not work. I have verified the date and time are correct on the Keyvoice.
I cannot find where to set line ringing for extensions. I need to add immediate ring on all lines for an extension but I can't see where it is done. This DXP is a lot like the DSU but this part is not the same. I have a 13A so I can use hypertermial as it turns out.

Wish it was a DX80. This DXP is good for scrap. The vendor who sold hem the Keyvoice is sending another hard drive since you can't default a Keyvoice. AT this rate I will be bankrupt and eating out of trash cans come next month. I wish I was dead.

Well out of the box there were no system mailboxes like 800, 801 and 821 or ever 888. So I manually created them. The call handling just does not work properly no matter what I do. I have set up a couple Keyvoice systems and this is unique. I cobbled together a patch that kind of works for now. Basically 801 will not answer and play the right greeting even though the serial integration is working properly because I have soft keys and they work. 800 works because I changed the wait time to 1 then I transfer to another MB. For some reason it dos not play the system greeting that way. Tech support was stumped. So the vendor is shipping a new hard drive with a clean install and we'll see how that goes.
Sounds like you got junk to start.. get a fresh drive or batch reload.
Supposedly it was wiped and a fresh image installed. I think this time I'll back up the VM older before I do anything.
