I have a Wingate hotel that is using the Old Concierge system for PMS integration, with a KVT Voice Mail. To make a long story short the hard drive on the voice mail crashed, and I have it back up and working (including the correct Numlines.txt and switches.txt files.)

My problem is the setup of the fields for the Guest room mailboxes.

I remember there are certain fields that have to be set to a specific entry for it to properly integrate with the system for reset of the mailboxes on check in and check out, allow the guest to set wake up calls, and automatically check messages.

If anyone can help with a cheat sheet or direction. I have looked through every bit of Comdial documentation that I have and can find nothing.
