I have a customer that wanted to change the day greeting and get rid of a mail box well he got rid of the mailbox's all of them and cant get back in when hits vm key nothing. Not sure how or what he did but is there anyway to get back in box 70 without going thru your mailbox? to program from phone? Its the comdial 7271c

If voicemail doesnt answer you wont be able to reach an admin box. Probably best to hookup with Keylink to see what was done.

I figured that would be the only way. That will make him happy. But hes the one that dork ed it up

Had a customer with an old DOS voice mail and he decided it was time to upgrade so he replaced the motherboard with a new fangled Pentium...You know where that went!
