I have an FXII for a customer that some extension can dial 1800 numbers and a few cant. looked through the system but couldnt find anything wrong. One thing I noticed is I changed a phone from a scs 24 button to an ep100 and the phone couldnt dial 800 numbers. changed it back to a scs 24 and it worked. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change the COS of the set to the same COS as one that can dial it.
