What about Call Forward?
Feature 2

or

1. Press the middle Interactive Soft Button (under the FWD in the
display).
2. Each active mode of forward will be displayed, e.g.:
BUSY FWD. XXX
del more
3. If you want to delete this forward, press [del]. Otherwise…
4. Press [more] for other active forward settings.

Station to station dialing goes to voice mail? If it is going through the auto attendant and doing that then check the voicemail box transfer options of box 110.

I have a light on all phones under 110 button. Was told it might be on answering machine but couldn't get it off. So I'm still at a lost on what is going on. Any one ever had that. Now anyone know what have to do to take it off of answering machine? I might of got the wrong program to take it off

Extension Port Type page 432 of the manual.

Once you are in Programming

Enter 01-XXX-21 (where XXX is the extension number 101-204) In your case 01-110-21

Press SAVE to display the Extension Port-type

Press CHG until the appropriate type is displayed EXT; VA or VM

Exit programming.

I could be wrong, but it's something to check.

Which type of phones? 7260 style the labels are above the buttons, 7261 style the labels are below. If it is ext 110, maybe the phone is in DND, or unplugged.

If in doubt remember Feature # 3 can be your friend. (page 450 of the manual)
