Randomly throughout the day all phones ring and cid says recall. When answered there is a loud fast beeping noise. We do not have anyone on hold. It happens very randomly. Any help is appreciated!

This happened after switching dial tone providers.

It sounds like the database may be corrupted. If you have a recent copy you can re-upload it and see if that fixes the problem.

Since it's a new problem after getting a different dial tone provider I would bet on a line config problem whereby 3 way calling may be programmed on the line and depending on what the system sends it may be putting the call in an invalid hold or transfer mode then times out resulting in the recall message.
