I'm thinking about purchasing a picabond splice tool. I use Scotchlocks currently, but I can see some obvious advantages to picabond (straight in-line, half-tap, etc). PM me if you have one to sell.

I've seen them on eBay from time to time.

I have too, but since I don't know a lot about them, I don't know if I'm getting a deal or getting taken for a ride. I.e. a beatup, worn out tool or one in good shape. eBay product photos leave a lot to be desired.

When I worked for Bell, I do know gthat they were constantly being nreturned (exchanged). I assume it was for adjustment issues. Maybe someone with working experience , Ed or KLD for example could elaborate.

Used them for 30 + years.
They were the best connector in the industry,
The are very expensive, I've seen the hand tool go for over 500 dollars
I have a few in great shape, contact Paul [email protected]
