Hey all.

I have a number of 1A2 items I'd like to sell off. For those of you that remember me, these are the same items I'd gave my word to give away a couple years ago. Lots of things have changed since then, and since I dont remember who I promised what to, I have to break my word. I'll be listing all the items over the coming days.

To make it as fair as I know how, and to avoid having to choose between people in the event more than 1 person wants the same item, I've decided to hold a silent auction.

Just shoot me an email with your bid. I'll announce the winner of this auction on friday on 4/20, 6PM central.

If you have questions, please post here, and not email.

Shipping costs are not included in your bid. I'll include a copy of the receipt so you know I'm only charging you what I paid.

Check or paypal will work for payment. In order to allow you to pay me once, I'll be shipping before I get payment, so it's the honor system there. If I don't get paid I'll chalk it up to karma for breaking my word.

So, on to todays listing:

1) ITT 601A KSU
1) Valcom 24vdc transformer
1) C-19 intercom unit
1) Punchdown tool
8) 66 blocks mounted on backerboard with covers
1) spare ring generator
1) spare power supply

All of this was working when I took it down; however I can't promise I tested the spare power supply or ring generator. Also you'll want to replace the low voltage fuse on the power supply. As memory serves I jumpered it with a single strand of wire when I had no spare fuse. No charge for giving me grief about that :-)

The KSU includes all the cards needed to support 5 lines as well as MOH. I also have a couple intercom cards I'll be including, but I couldnt get them to work, hence the C19. I'm including the 24v transformer to power the intercom voice circuit. It's possible you won't need either the C19 or the transformer. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting the voltages on the 601, but could never figure out if the intercom cards were bad or the 601 had an issue. Either way, you'll have everything ya need to get a system going, except for the desk sets, which I'll be listing in the days ahead.

Oh yeah. This will also include some 25 pair cables of varying length, and half a spool of cross connect wire, as well as some spare 66 block clips.

Ah. One last thing. In my rush to pull the equipment, I cut the power cord. Fortunately it was unplugged at the time. Easily repaired, you can splice the cord or put new butt connectors on the power cord and plug em into the power supply.

* edit *

The KSU as described supports 4 lines and 1 intercom. I'll include another line card in the event you dont want the intercom line.

Well I guess the demand for a 1A2 ksu isn't what I thought it was! Oh well I guess I'm biased (I've been at my current job for almost 3 years and have used my desk phone once. VOIP quality is perfect if ya like noise and delay). If anyone should run across this post and is interested, shoot me an email. I'm deciding wether to ebay it, set up a 1A2 system at work to show all the young sprouts what used to be, or just put it all back in my storage locker.

Thanks
Matt
