i have a ext. that has 5 call keys (1-5) but when the second call hits it goes to another ext, rather than going to another call key, what could be my problem.

also is there a way to do all page key, as oppossed to doing a zone page, I have 4 or five different zones, and the receptionist gets confused.

Check your forwarding for busy condition on the telephone.

Paging Assign a button for the All Page (55*)
Then program your other button for your zones as needed.
