I have a group 501 - in this group is extension 225 and extension 204 and this group rings at those extensions anytime day or night. I want to change it so that extension 210 rings instead of 204 and have added 210 to the group. However, the phone does not ring - any suggestions on how to make it ring? 210 is not a member of any other group.

I don't deal with the analog Samsungs but make sure that in that group ringing is set to unconditional so all phones ring at the same time.

are u working in #33 sta hunt group or 22 operator group
in 60 61 is 501 assigned to ring the trunks
do you have an a or b software ?
