I have an idcs100 by samsung. Where can I get a copy of the the Officeserv software? And the voicemail progamming sw?

By Officeserv software are you talking about the programming software for the switch? Are you a dealer or an end user?
Its available from the Samsung dealer website for dealers.
And what software for the voicemail?If its a Samsung in skin card then you can use hyperterminal.

And if its a SVMI (Non-Ethernet) Model, you can use https://www.siteplayer.com/telnet/ (SitePlayer Telnet) to actually access the SVMI from the network
