There is 3.5 mm mini phone jack on the side of the ksu

There is also a jumper j11 on the mother board
up by the area of the jack that must be moved to ext music

Yes ,but its on the mother board under the cover of the KSU

Try just plugging in moh maybe the jumper is positioned in on position.
