First of all let me say that I am a newbie samsung tech - got certified on the 7100 a week ago and now I have a demo coming up on tuesday with a 7200. I cannot get into the vm. I tried browsing to it as was instructed in the 7100 course but i have a feeling I might need something else. thanks in advance for any help.

7200 is different, you cannot access like the 7100. You need to setup an IP address. Call support, they'll walk you through it.

You can set your laptop up to connect to the defualt IP address of the svmi-20e but it's better to use the serial interface for initial setup which will allow you to do a shut down and a default before you get started.
