We're certified on Samsung but totally lacking the 1224 history. As luck goes, our last 1224 client took a power hit. The system defaulted and we can not locate our manual. Only station ringing on CO's is the operators console.

Please send me a private message (If you would so kind) on how we set the incoming calls to ring all phones.
