Does anybody else still have problems with this tool?

I have installed 5 of these now and have never managed to get it working!! I got by at the time by having a trainee engineer enter ddi's, station names etc.

Can you use the new 7 series IT software on this version 7400.

It more like OSM but differnt and the MMC's are changed.

Works fine for me... what OS? Also, do you have the lastest version from the web site?
