All inbound calls ring into group 501 with 8 members in a ring all fashion. We cannot pick up parked calls if a new call is ringing into the phones/group. The buttons are programmed as park 1-4. In short, if my phone is audibly ringing and I want to pick up a previously parked call, I cannot until someone grabs the new call or I get it myself. Anyway around this?

Bacically your saying your phone is suspended from operation while the phone is ringing? I have a feeling that this is the way by design. Sorry I dont know why it does this.

Yah, a ringing call is designed to take precedence. The only loophole that i know of is that if you are on a call you can press release and you can get intercom dial tone and page or grab a park or something. But if you hit the hook switch, you will have to answer the call.

Yep. I thought that would be the answer. They will have to retrieve the parked calls from a non ringing phone or wait. Thanks.
