I'm not too familiar with this system as I normally do Panasonic & Comdial, but have a customer that is stuck with this system and would like to integrate Voicemail. I have a manual on the system, but I'd like to know what low-cost Voicemail system I can use with this and if it is possible to use a Panasonic KX-TVA50.

Can't use the KX-TVA50 but try a Voxbox or something around the same type/cost.

Thinkster

Any voicemail would work that uses analog port.(slt).

You would need a MSLC 2 card, for your slt access or a SLC card.

Remember, Samsung no longer supports this product, and it could be a little tricky.

Power supply is rather soft, and they do blow rather easy.

Myself, i would not take on the project, as there
are a lot of variables involved.

Good luck to you sir.

Remeber the battery on the cpu might go south on power down of unit ( old )

You HAVE to use a MSLC 2 for proper In-Band Integration. In the past, I have used Vodavi's Analog Dispatch . Integrated real well. Of course you can use Starmail, if you can find one.

I have seen Aleen as a possible system. I have seen it on a DS616, so it should also work with the 56/120. You won't have all the same display features, but it works.

The voicegate wizard will work.

Please reread the post from STSE

I have had success with the VoiceWorks system, but do not know if ESI continues marketing that unit.

Voiceworks and Voiceworks 16 works great, however
they are no longer produced frown

Samsung's Starmail was developed to integrate with the 56ex on the MSLC2 card and actually does a pretty good job. I know where you can get one. If you're interested, email me.
