Does anyone know what the pin-outs on the LINK3 cable of a 7200 patch lead are? The clip has broken on my customer's one and I'd like to send him a replacement.

Cheers
Could you describe a "Link" cable. Don't think I've ever seen that term. Where does it go to/from?

Happy to help you if I can, my mother's side of the family all came from Ireland.

Pin1 - white/orange
Pin2 - orange/white
Pin3 - white/green
Pin4 - blue/white
Pin5 - white/blue
Pin6 - green/white
Pin7 - white/brown
Pin8 - brown/white

Bunnie, the Link cables, 1,2 & 3 link the first 7200 cabinet to the second.

IrishBren, the link cables are normally screened so would recommend this in addition to KX-T308's post.

Thanks guys, I have since discovered thet the 'link3' cable is indeed a standard T568B cable, however I am aware that one of the link cables (the now remaining 1 or 2 cable) have specific pin-outs. Just to explain, the link cables are the logical link between the MCP on cabinet 1 to the LCP on cabinet 2 of a typical 7200 config.

Thanks indeed for your responses so far and I look forward to any insight nyou may be able to provide.
