Ok probably missing something stupid but here goes. I'm ringing all phones with group 500 in the day mode with it overflowing to voicemail 519 at night righing 519 directly. Works fine in night but in day when the overflow happens instead of going to the day greeting I can watch the voicemail answering with the operator ext where it will play that extension is not available blah blah then finally go to the day greeting. What am I missing to make it go right to the day greeting?

Also Have caller ID and when reviewing caller ID if Dial is pressed just get "Now LCR mode is disabled." I'm not using LCR can I get a point to an MMC to tell it to just dial out using LG1?

1)You have a mailbox/extension for 500 that day callers are going to.Delete it and your problem will go away.
2)No set up the LCR.

I actually tried deleting Extension 500 and it told me it is the operator extension and can not be deleted.

Is this is an SVMi4e? If it is you have to set-up forward trunk.

If i am reading the last problem right,When you are trying to dial the caller id's number thru ones
mailbox it said no lcr enabled. If this is the case you need to have LCR set up and programmed to work.

Alternatively you can change the ring group from 500 to say 501 and get around the problem that way.
