I accessed the system management options for the voicemail about an hour ago.

I am now trying to access them again but the system is telling me that someone is already accessing it and to try again later. The only person who could be accessing them is me

Is there some sort of time out or???

What type of voicemail are you trying to work on?

I was advised recently that the Compact II is like our 50Si so if that is true you would have either a Cadence in the full size slot in the expansion cabinet or a SMVI-4/SMVI-4e in the base or expansion.

The first thing I would do would be to power down and power up and see if the problem is not gone.
