Have a hotel customer. When a guest room presses 0, they want the display on their front desk phones to display the room information not CALL FOR 5000 Operator while the phone is ringing.

Can this be done?

It does present the room information after the call is answered.

If they are ringing a group, you will not see who is calling. If they ring the front desk extension directly, the will see who is calling.
