I have an SVMi-8E Release 4.3 V1

I'm trying to set up multiple greetings in one mailbox so that the user can select from 3 different messages. I have recorded my no answer and busy messages, but every time I dial in from external number, I keep getting my main mailbox greeting.

Can anybody shine some light on this

This may sound stupid but did you complete the mailbox set up? Then select the greeting to be played. eg: "your no answer greeting is ?" to select this greeting press ?

I have made that mistake in the past.

I got it to work. When I set up the voicemail I removed the '??? search EXT 01' from the 'forward trunk' menu.

I therefore entered '337 search EXT 01' in the 'forward trunk' menu and hay presto it worked.
