System is programmed properly all incomming calls ring all ext...line 6 will not ring at any station??? checked all programming and can not find it.. what am i missing...please help

If you dont see a port numbered for 706 it does not exist. I would check the hardware for the cards in the system. You may have a bad port.

The line # 6 works. in-comming calls on the line flash the green light and can be answered. Out going calls can be made on the line as well. The problem is it does not ring....just lights on an in-comming call.

Look in your manual at Programs 60/61.

I checked MMC# 60 and all trunks are in unconditional modes...i did not check MMC #61 but im not sure if that matters.

They may be in the same mode but are the groups they ring assigned.

Further to above #33 sta hunt groups.Also look at #22

No luck...Does any one know of a trouble shooting guid for this system? The 326 page programming manual is of no use forthis problem
