I have a 5014D telephone that has the line 2 lamp blinking. There is no call on hold and the light can't be cleared. I logged into the switch and checked the phone buttons under MMC XXX. The call2 button is definitely a call 2 button, not a message lamp. Has anyone run into this issue? How is it cleared?
