hey all. the system is a officeserv 7400 with a SVMI20e voicemail system.

all the times on all the handsets are 1 hour ahead due to DST, however, the voicemail system still is 1 hour behind. thusly, the voicemails are being received and recited at a wrong time, as well as the phones are not ringing when the business is open due to the hour being off.

how is it possible to change the voicemail's system time? i have searched everywhere and found nothing.

thanks a lot
Go into System Wide Properties in the voicemail and go to the last page where you enter the SMTP Server information. Make sure you have the correct time zone selected and make sure you have a Y for Daylight Savings.
yes those settings are correct and are applied.
Have tried turning on the IPC monitor to what information is being passed between the VM and the system?
i dont know what the IPC monitor is, what is that and how can i check it
I've never had to deal with voicemail time. I beleive the voicemail time follows the system time. Have you tried a system reset?
