I have a DCS Samsung LCD24B Keyset that has "empty message" on the display. What steps are required to reset the display to the extension and user name?

try dialing 40 on phone its a place where u can put messages on phones like text

Dial 48,00.

Thanks Bobby!!!...dialing 4800 reset the phone.
