Hi, I want to connect my pc with officeserv 7100. OS 7100 is only connected with one PC. I am unable to get ip from OS 7100. can any body advice me how i can connect my pc with OS 7100 or How Can i assign ip address to OS7100?

You must first know the IP address of the 7100.

What do you mean? The 7100 won't give you an IP address.

For the rest you will need a Certified Tech. to help you.

Oh yeah, and you will need the IT Tool.

I got IT tool, The problem is i am new and i don't know how to connect to the system. I checked all manual but unable to connect. do you have any link or procedure to follow.

Have you got any connected handsets? if so MMC 830 tells you the system IP address

Also, if you're only connecting a single PC and you don't have a hub/switch (ie you're directly connected to the LAN port of the 7100 via a network cable) you will need to use a crossover RJ45 cable.
