Hello,
I have a customer whose' phone displays 4 new messages in the morning but she opens her mailbox and finds no messages there. I tried deleting the mailbox and re-building it, but the problem reappears,I used the 42 fearure code to delete any possible user messages, but it seems that in the morning she will come in and those same 4(non-existent) messgaes show up. Any ideas on what to do?

Have you looked in logs to see if any messages when you say messages do you mean message light or on screen if you have v/m might be a group message

I have a SVMI8 on a 500 doing this, havn't figured out what is causing it yet.

In my case the extension doesn't even have a mailbox assigned, assigning a mailbox seems to fix it
