7100 crashes after recording prompt.

I just installed a new OS7100 with the 4.53b Software

When I record the main prompt 1001 the system crashes and then comes back up with the default prompt with “Joyce the Voice” playing.
If trying to leave a message for an extension it crashes also.

Do you think that the problem is a Media card or MP10a?

Programming with the new ODM seems to be ok, except that I noticed it would not allow me to program a LNR key on key sets. “Strange”

*If I try a new Media card and the MP10a is bad, will it write a bad set of files to the new media card also?

What’s the smart thing to do here?

Thanks in advance.

Configuration:
[MP10A/DLM] [UNI Card=TRM/DLM/SLM]

Check the media lock switch on the side of the SD card and make sure it is switched toward the gold pins.
Yes, I always inspect that first upon a new installation.
Then after having trouble I moved the lock switch back and forth a couple of times to check the functioning.

Is it a common issue with them because I have never had problems before?
All other programming is working.....

Did you initialize the system correctly. If it still happens format the SD card and reload the software.
6 String,
I re-initialized with the reset button and re-initialized the VM using the ODM then re-initialized the MP10a - again and reprogrammed.

How do I format the SD Card and reload the software?
How can I downgrade the SD Card/Software to 4.46?
