Howdy,

I'm a 7000 series guy and we picked up the product line after the 100 and 500 were discontinued.

How does one access admin on the internal SVMi-4 on an OfficeServ 100?

I got the IP address from MMC830 and it's doesn't come up in a browser and I tried typerterminal to that IP using port 23 and nothing there either.

Anytime you try to leave a message, they all say the system is full and cannot accept new messages even though none of them have any. I assume it's a system box or unused mailbox filled with ghost messages or something but I don't know how / can't get into it.

Thanks!

Agonnazar,
Feel free to start a new thread instead of a 7 year old one.
I assume you have a SVMi4 or 4E right? You need to connect to the serial port on the front of the card and use hyperterminal or equivalent to program it.

All right. I'll see what happens. Thank you!
