Officeserv Communicator, I have a customer that wants to try it for 30 day before we purchase the license for them, is it possible, I no the Link and call has a 30 day trial but I cant get Communicator to work it comes up with a license error, any ideas?

It depends what version of communicator you are running.

Communicator softphone connects direct to system CPU, not via link.

Communicator for the new range of ip phones connects via the ip handset.

Communicator for TDM handsets and legacy ip phones connects via link

What handsets do you have?

You can enable the temp license in the system which will give you 14 days to try it.

If your looking for outlook integration the samsung click to dial outlook add on from north river technologies has a 30 day trial and its cheap / easier to setup.
