I have several UNI with version 4 that do not work on analog lines. Need to update to version 5, you know how they can upgrade?

A dealer must send the cards to Samsung for the upgrade. Dealers will charge a minimal charge for the hassle, shipping, etc.

Not sure about the no analog lines part. All I know is that under Ver 5 cards won't work in the 7200s.
