We have a OS7100 with SVMI. Instead of having a company directory prompt, we would like to have a community mailbox. Is there a way to do this?

You have a group mailbox eg vg510 and have members of that group have vm510 key to recieve calls

I'm sorry. I didn't explain well enough. I want our receptionist to receive all voicemails and distribute them as necessary. Who has access to the mailbox isn't what I am having trouble with. I need unanswered calls to be transferred to that voicemail. Right now, callers are asked to dial an extension or press 9 for the company directory. If they don't press anything, the recording repeats. I want it to just go to voicemail without asking to press anything at all.

What i believe is happening on outside calls its not going to v/mail you need to go to voicemail and inforward stations take out ??? station also in forward trunks then calls will go to voicemail when there not answered hope that helps

I'm not sure I understand your suggestion?

I think I might understand... but I have a problem doing it. I am using OSDM and get an error everytime I try to save a change to the Menu Block.

I go to 'Menu Block',
then to 'Forward Stations',
then to 'Menu Input Processor'
There are two lines for '???'.
I remove the lines.

Then when I save it I get a message "Failed to download data".

In forward trunk and forward station put an entry of the group number you overflow to vm in and tell it to goto mbx XXX. Or if aa answers all calls set the menu to repeat 0 times and change the no entry to goto mbx XXX.
