What level software do you have on system also do you have any power problems on site or ups

Medium level i think, but the current configuration is made after restore a defult values and is very too simple (only groups, incoming call routing and some telephone buttons. no other).

Power problems is possible.

Tomorrow i'm try to put a ups (now the system work without, i'm wait a new one) and see if the situation change.

I keep you informated. Thank you.

Nothing is changed.

Today (with ups) six drop down, one at 5.45 am with no working system (vm/aa is deliberately not programmed).

Is possible cause that the telephone cables pass near power cables?

I think to test this in the next weekend. I want unplug all (phones, truks, lan and misc) ad leave the system power on for looking if stay alive two non stop days.

Any suggestion?
Tank you.

Just remove it from the LAN and see what happens. I have seen and read a lot about LAN issues.

** SOLVED **

I Have follow bmreen suggestion. Disconnected the lan, the system is start to work without issue.

After 4-5 days without drop down have find a solution for reconnect the lan.

Before have put the lan cable distant from electrical cable (in the sytem electrical box), then i have plug the lan directly in the router. (my lan have a switch 16 port plugged in the router. The officeserv before this change are plugged in the switch).

Now the system work correctly and connected to the lan and internet.

That is for yours information.

Thank you.
