I need to configure some type of basic Call Center solution for incomming calls with login on extensions.
OS7070 with 4.53c version.
When a call comes to group 5000:
- If the group doesn’t have a phone logged in, the Caller must hear a message “There´s no operator at this moment, try later please.†and the call must be hanged up automaticaly.
- If the group have extensions logged in, the call must come to this extensions distributively.
This can be done with analog, digital and/or IP extensions?
This can be done with UCD login?
How?
