1.What is H.323 trunks in samsung officeserv and how does one set it up? Please provide a write up or a link as I could not find one on google

Very hard to give anyone set up as all trunks are set up differntly you need to get samsung to give you guide on what ever type you use .ones i do even tnou given help list found i had to fine tune it to work properly h323 trunks need a licence also

What you need to do is find a way to get on the Samsung website, the best way is to become certified on one of their systems and then you have a lot of down loads to help you with some general information. After reading the general information your best bet is to get your certification for the particular subject you are intrested inn. I would contact a dealer in your area and see what they can do for you and may even help you become certified.
