I have a OfficeServ 7200 system with DS-5021D phones. I am looking for the best/easiest way to program stations.

Most of them are programmed however we have a few people who want to change quickdial buttons and I need to configure a couple so they have use of buttons.

How do I go about doing this? I looked in manuals and I didn't find much information. Is there a way to do this with installation tool?

I find best way is to find out what most want in way or key programing and do all 5021d phones the same and then just fine tune others to how they require them

Yes, it can be done with Installation Tool
Go to "Group & Table > Key Programming > Station Key"
