Had a customer ask if there is a way to look back to see the call duration of past calls. I checked the call log feature, but it doesn't list the actual call time. Short of running smdr from the phone system I can't think of any way to find this. Any Ideas?

Can't think of any way. Must be SMDR. Did use the hotel feature once as a inbuilt method of tracking calls. Not ideal but worked.
