i have a 3 node system tied together via SPnet. If a user forwards to external cell, an internal caller to the the nodes calls they get a busy signal. but from an outside caller it works fine. so what can i do to make this work for both internal/external callers? all local trunk groups are (800) so i dont know if i change the trunk groups in each node to 800, 810, 820? Or do i need to add something in my LCR table? any ideas? thanks

ICM Ext Fwd only applies to calls made to/from stations on the same system.

SPNet calls are treated as external call (learned that the hard way with centralised vm and external forward timer)

What is the external forward timer in MMC502?
What does the SMDR show on the called system for this call?

Are you forwarding out via LCR or Trunk group?
If LCR try putting the Trunk Group in rather then the LCR digit
