Customer moved out of Nortel with Versadial (recorded all calls/all stations) and Viking SO24's to monitor via handset cord.

Moved into OS7400 and needs to do the same, record everything and monitor.

When using auto-record to svmi, I cannot use barge in to monitor. Tried to use 1A2 emulation with DT70XX buttons, but I get dialtone even if the trunk is in use (lit up).

1. Does 1A2 emulation also use conference circuits like barge in? Meaning I can't monitor this way either?

Any other solution???

They have a bullpen of approximately 40 agents in UCD groups that must be recorded for compliance and monitored for training.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!!
Auto record uses up the only available option, however, the Bracha has options for you.

You don't specify if you are using a PRi or copper dial tones, but what you want is a Call Logger.

This is one great company, there are others:

With this in place, you can use the barge and inquire Samsung features and it doesn't use up all your conference circuits.

OHHHH!
Why don't you put the versadial onto the samsung?
I've done it several times (on PRI/BRI and on handset)
How well does the Versadial integrate with the Samsung? The IT company is installing the boards and software as we speak.I understand that Versadial doesn't officially support Samsung, but that it can be made to work.
It works fine, all the audio code cards and software comes from the US so i don't see why it wouldn't work.

I've got 2 sites with no issue (had an issue on the 1st site, but that was due to using headset mode on EU24b which had old firmware which has a sidetone issue).

The other one is recording over the lines (ISDN PRI and ISDN BRI)
