SVMI will not pick up on outside calls, internal calls or dialing the ports assoiciated with VM/AA. All just ring operator group. I have tried Reset Button and Power Cycle. There is 1 RED LED on the card. I did not have my Female/Female cable with me to try connecting to see if card responds. Anyone had this happen? Any clues are much appreciated.
SMVI units die from time to time.

If you have hit the reset button and still no answer by calling the group number or individual port, you need a refurb unit.
