Hi, having a problem when trying to access System Parameters in the DM tool. Error comes back saying "Failed to connect to FTP server". All other menus work fine, only this menu causes this error. Any ideas ?

Thanks Phonman123, I have sorted the problem. On the new 4.70 sw and DM tool you need to put your ip in the Management IP white list, otherwise Telnet/FTP/SMDR access is denied.
