Hello,
We are having an issue with (3) systems that are connected via SPnet. On the Main system, (where the SIP trunks and SVmi 20I reside) all is well. However, on the two remote systems the users can access their Mail Box by dialing any port in the VM station group or by pressing their VM key on the phone.

We cannot get calls on the remote systems to transfer to voicemail boxes. We try putting the VM station group in the Preset Forwarding and it gives an error (tel number) apparently the remote system do not recognize the voicemail ports. Any thoughts?

Thanks

If you want to use preset Forward No Answer with centralised vm, you need to define the full 3 or 4 digit vm group in the network lcr and program that into the networking options.

Otherwise just use the normal call forward

Nameless:
For years of asking tech support to fix it so you could use the preset and they never once mentioned to add the entire vm group into n-lcr. Thank you

I logged it as a bug with tech support here and they came back with put the whole number in n-lcr.

I went back and said that's a work around but not ideal and got nothing back.

Be aware that if you use preset fwd busy it doesn't work with remote vm.

I have a T4.71a mp20 and t4.70b mp40 software in which it does work
